clear. Please make out
payable to "Scott Stonehill") and cash (send at own risk, but fine
for small purchases up to $20 or so). Other payment options may be
considered if cleared with me first. I will also accept personal
checks from established customers in
USA. Please
ask before sending first time.
Shipping
Charges and Methods
All
small orders such as screws will cost $3.00 to anywhere in the
world. The charge is still $3.00 regardless of the number of screws
sent.
I ship
all in stock items on the next business day by first class
mail. International
orders are shipped either Air Mail or Surface depending on your
desire for a quick receipt of your order or low cost. Items that
need to be made or "Out of Stock" items will be mailed as soon as
completed. Be aware that current International shipments to some
countries has been extremely slow to arrive, even when shipped
Air. Customs in some
places holds them up.
Insurance on items is the responsibility of the purchaser,
but I will only charge actual amount charged me. Some countries do not have
insurance offered and this is beyond my control. I can assure that your item
has been properly mailed and to date (since 1999) I have only had
one small parcel be completely lost and this was in the
US.
Please
be aware of any restrictions in your area of any items offered by
this site. I cannot keep up with all the changes in the laws
everywhere, so please check if any item is legal for you to receive.
No refunds are given for customs confiscation unless item is sent
back to me by them.
As a
final note, I warranty all items I make to be equal to original
items unless noted in description and against failure of any kind in
normal use. This warranty applies to all screws and small parts for
life (mine). If you
have a failure to fit or to break in service, please notify me by
email and I will make things right after receipt of the bad item to
me for inspection. I must have the item back to insure quality of my
work and to determine if I need to make changes in material or
manufacture. If the fault is mine, I will pay postage both
ways.
